High thermal conductivity silicone potting resin R-383-1

Brief Introduction

R-383-1 silicone potting resin is a two-part room temperature cure product, made from silicon resin and filler etc., corresponds RoHS environmental requirement.

Features

Application/Use

It is very suitable for the potting of LED modules, electronic components such as control panels, transformers, ignite controllers, sensors and so on.

This product can be cured at room temperature or under bake.

Qualification (as the Q/R 101-2010 company standard)

How to use

1. Before mixing, part A and part B should be stirred totally. Then, mix part A and part B with a proportion of 1/1 by weight at room temperature.

2. Vacuum de-airing is needed before potting.

3. Curing: cure at room temperature for 24 hours or bake at 60°C for 0.5h.

   (Cure can be inhibited when in contact with certain materials such as organo-tin compounds, sulphurs, flux, latex and amines.)

    

Package and Storage

Part A and part B are all 20kg/drum with iron drum.

Original package can be stored for 12 months in dry and cool room.
